Philippians 4:6-7 (The Message)
6-7 Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.
This year the KoHS Connections Committee invites you to join our Congregation as we explore different ways to Pray and Connect with one another and our Community.
Each month we will use a new Prayer Practice to become closer with our God and continue to witness the Power of Prayer.
Prayer should never be the last resort of God’s people. It should be our first action.
Prayer is how we actively practice believing that God is in control.
